Guide
Most business bio links are a list of five buttons nobody can tell apart. Here is what to put on one, in the order people need it, and what to leave out.
Nearly every visit to a business bio link comes down to one of six jobs: see the menu or prices, check you are open, message you, book, pay, or hear about the new thing. If the page does not do those, it is a list of links with a nice font.
A link to every page on your website. A second booking route. Three ways to follow you. Anything you would not tell a customer standing at the counter. A page that does one thing well beats one that does twelve things vaguely.

Questions
Not always. Many small businesses only need the page plus a map listing. Keep a website if you take bookings or orders that your booking tool does not already host.
Whenever something changes: a new price, a holiday, a sold-out item. Because it is one page behind one QR, that is a single edit.
That is who it is for. A single page replaces the DM questions you keep answering.
